Muhammad Jawed Dawood
Position: Founder & Director
Muhammad Jawed Dawood is a popular businessman and a reputable name in real estate. Mr. Jawed always had a passion for construction and real estate. He understands the hustle of finding a dream home and the lack of integrity and honesty; this industry suffers from. This was when he stepped into this industry to revolutionize it with quality, excellence, and professionalism. The company has completed its thirty prestigious years, starting from building small houses to exquisite skyscrapers. He believes in ethics and trust to be the perimeters to work inside.
Apart from performing exceptionally in his career, he actively participates in social work. He has helped and changed thousands of life while working in collaboration with Saylani Welfare Trust. He has constructed a number of mosques, donated lands for graveyards, and sponsored cricket tournaments. He is now a proud member of leading human welfare organizations, including WMO and MLF, to name a few. He also runs welfare IT institute under the name of his mother. He found the purpose of his life, serving people for the betterment of the community, and he believes there are more milestones to achieve even after doing enough.
Muhammad Anwar Dawood

He wants her customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To do that, he has joined the hand with her brother in the business as the director of OK Estate and builders. He is the Senior Vice Chairman of ABAD and has been in the industry for more than 28 years. The renowned Sawera Construction Company is the result and proof of her hard work and dedication. His efforts have earned him the title of man of commitments as he strived and succeeded in removing the ban on high rise construction in Karachi imposed by Supreme Court. One of his achieved milestones was resolving the dispute of KW&SB for NOC, which was like a chain construction industry that held it back for two years. He is visionary and innovative, and the solutions he has offered have always helped this industry to grow. Customer satisfaction is his ultimate motivation.

Mr. Yaseen has served the IT department for quite a long, and this helped him to implement the digital revolution in construction as he joined hands with Muhammad Jawed and Muhammad Anwer to bring innovation and technology to real estate. It was his ideas and efforts that helped the real estate industry across Pakistan to invent and build properties with a modern touch. From artificial intelligence to 3D designs, his solution has helped the company to work on its maximum potential to transform lifestyles with luxury and comfort.
Anas Anwar
Position: Director
Anas Anwar has mastered the art of communication. This landed him an opportunity to work with the Dawood trio and serve the company as a leader of recovery & sales. He is the one who ensures the welfare of clients from budgeting, costing, salaries, efficiency, and targets. He has a keen eye for mistakes, faults, and errors and has lots of connections to contractors. He knows where the next dollar is coming from, and he uses his wisdom to help his clients get a good return on investment.
